Recognition, team feedback and insights — without leaving Slack
Give a teammate kudos where you already work. Unified turns that record into a recognition board and an engagement dashboard — and each week it asks your team one short pulse question, answered in a DM.
No credit card required. A Slack workspace admin approves the install.
See how it works
Three steps from the install to a running recognition programme — using the Unified dashboard itself.
- 1 Install in Slack A workspace admin signs in with Slack and approves the installation and its permissions. No IT project, no separate logins.

Your team gives kudos
Anyone types
/kudosin a channel or DM and picks a teammate and a company value. That is the whole habit to build. - 3 The dashboard does the reading Kudos and the channel analytics they sit beside are read from the channels you nominate; the weekly pulse series comes from the survey answers your team submits.
Feedback your team answers from Slack
A short pulse survey goes out weekly as a direct message from Unified, with one question at a time and five buttons to answer with — no login.
Answers are scored by factor and shown against the previous window, with the number of people behind every figure. Free-text comments are read by a model to group them into themes. The dashboard reports the result: a window with too few people in it is withheld rather than shown.
What Unified does
Four things, in the place your team already is.
Peer kudos in Slack
Celebrate wins with /kudos — publicly in a channel or privately by DM — and tag the company value it shows. The dashboard keeps the record.
Weekly pulse surveys
A short survey is delivered by DM and scored by factor, so you can see where the team is now and which way it is moving.
Engagement dashboard
Kudos leaders and company values come from the recognition your team gives; engagement trends and topic clusters are read from the public channels you nominate. The weekly pulse is its own series, from the survey answers.
Raffles for participation
Admins can run a raffle from the dashboard and have Unified draw from the members active in kudos over the period. Good for getting a quiet channel moving.
Pricing
One plan, priced per billable seat. Every active member of your Slack workspace is a seat — except the single-channel guests Slack does not charge you for.

MAKEMEONEWITHEVERYTHING
The trial starts when Unified is installed and lasts 30 days with no card. After it ends the workspace needs a paid plan: a 7-day grace period with full access and reminders comes first, and access is suspended if it stays unpaid. A workspace that stays unpaid is paused, and the data-retention schedule described in our privacy policy runs from there. You can upgrade at any time.
Security & Trust
Data residency
Workspace data we store is held in United States regions — application hosting, primary database and caching. Transactional and lifecycle email is handled by Brevo in the European Union, and other processors may handle limited data elsewhere. The privacy policy lists them.
Channel-scoped access
Unified only reads the public channels you nominate, and sensitive results are visible only to authorised members — you control who sees what.
Data retention
What we keep and for how long depends on the data. The recognition and survey data your team creates is deleted on a schedule that starts once an unpaid workspace has been paused and closed; raw Slack events are archived separately, with no automatic expiry today. Our privacy policy sets out the schedule and what it covers.
